Our partnership with Garten Services continues
The District’s Transit Host Program, which is a partnership with Garten, is back. The popular service was suspended in March because of the pandemic and the inability to maintain physical distancing. Transit hosts Rachael Beem and Steven Tressel are an essential part of the positive customer experience, as they help riders get on the right bus for their trip. Transit Hosts not only greet and help riders, but they also help reduce the number of requests for information and assistance from transit operators.
